Shipping policy

We ship exclusively to Le Macaron franchisees and registered store owners within the United States when orders are placed through this website. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. For your convenience, multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment whenever possible.

Our standard processing time is 10–14 business days. Custom orders, including items personalized with your store name or location, may require additional processing time. Certain products, such as drinkware with added store location details, may take up to 25 business days to process. Please consider these timelines when placing your order.
