Returns & Refunds

All products are made to order. As a result, we do not accept or issue refunds for customized items, including those with an added store name or location.

Refunds are available only for stock items displaying the Le Macaron logo only. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Refund terms and conditions:

• The item must be a stock item (Le Macaron logo only)
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging
• Only regularly priced items are eligible; sale items are non-refundable
• Refunds apply to the cost of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). Exchanges will not be processed without prior authorization.

If an incorrect item (wrong size or color) was shipped, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
