Are the designs sold here approved by the Le Macaron Corporate Office?
Yes, all the designs, product types and colors are approved by the Le Macaron Corporate Office.
I have an idea for the design, can you print my custom design?
We print only designs approved by a Corporate Office. However, any suggestion for new designs is welcomed. Please contact Le Macaron Corporate Office for new design ideas.
Can I order printing on a special garment type or promotional item, not listed here?
Yes, we may be able to offer special garment type or a promotional item, not listed here, but only if it's approved by La Macaron Corporate Office. Please CONTACT US for special orders like that.
Do you offer more colors of the garments listed?
Yes, we can probably offer other colors on most styles and garment types if the particular color is approved by La Macaron Corporate Office. Please CONTACT US for special orders like that.
Can I order a plus size garment, not listed on the website?
Depending on a garment type, style or color, we may be able to offer plus sizes. Please CONTACT US for special orders like that.
Do you offer discounts for very large orders?

Do you ship internationally?
At the time, we ship only to USA when ordering via this website. Please CONTACT US to place an order with international shipping.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We believe in processing orders as fast as possible so you get your order quickly. Unfortunately, because of how rapidly we process orders, there is a very small window in which we can change the size before it gets sent out to you. CONTACT US ASAP to see if the order change is possible.
Do you accept exchanges?
We will gladly exchange your item(s) within 7 business days from the date it was delivered to you. To qualify for an exchange you must CONTACT US first to obtain an RA#. If we sent you the wrong item (size or color) we will cover all shipping costs. If you mistakenly purchased the wrong item(s) we may not cover the cost of shipping.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail and we may combine multiple orders into one shipment for your convenience.
How long does the processing last?
Packages are generally dispatched within 10 business days after your order is placed, 10-14 business days for customizable designs and special orders.
What payment option do you offer?
We use Shopify to process our credit/debit card payments. We also have PayPal as an option. You can also pay for your order in person if you choose "Local Pickup" for your order.
Do you have additional charges for express turnaround?
Yes, most of the time, unless a huge order is in the printing process already. For express turnaround orders please CONTACT US.
Can I mix and match garment colors and sizes in one order?
Yes, you can mix and match sizes, colors, design and styles within the same order.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we do not. This does not apply for the products already sold as a set (of 12pcs, 24pcs...)
