Wash any new product before using it for the first time.

Limited Dishwasher Safe
Insulated tumbler was designed to survive normal use in the dishwasher. Warrning: Using the dishwasher could physically damaged or scratch the printed area on the tumbler. To avoid the risk we suggest you use your dishwasher’s manufacturer’s settings and top rack of the dishwasher.

Sunscreen, Stains, Discoloration and Haze
Coffee, tomato, and citrus products may cause slight discoloration so you should always wash and rinse the product thoroughly after each use. If at any time you run your drinkware through the dishwasher and there is residue or haze, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent. If the haziness does not go away, try using a very small amount of baking soda and a soft, wet cloth.

Condensation
Tumbler reduces sweat or condensation; it does not eliminate it. Sweating on the outside of the drinkware is affected by the temperature and humidity of the environment in which it is used.

Stacking Tumblers
We do not recommend stacking our tumblers. Stacked tumblers can get stuck together just like glassware
